Amy Renee offers one-on-one or small group personal training services to help you achieve your fitness goals in the shortest amount of time possible. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, gain muscle, or improve your cardiovascular fitness, Amy will work with you where you are now and formulate an individualized program designed specifically around your goals and then push you while offering positive encouragement to keep you motivated and inspired to get you to your best self in the most efficient manner possible.


Amy Renee makes your life easy by bringing the gym to you! She will travel to your home, office gym, apartment fitness center, or at an outdoor area! In the case that you have an office, apartment, or home gym with fitness equipment available to use, Amy will make use of everything offered to give you the best workout possible. If not, no worries! Amy has several fitness props that can be used in a variety of ways to give you the best workout ever! Amy Renee will get you RESULTS!


Frequency and consistency are key in reaching fitness-related goals. To help you get there, Amy Renee recommends purchasing your sessions by the month. By doing this, Amy Renee will help you get on a regular schedule with your workout routine by holding you accountable to your specific scheduled workouts. She will show up for you, commit to you fully, keep you on track with your goal, keeping you in line with your progress and on way to reaching your healthiest, most confident, most happiest self in the shortest amount of time possible.

At your complimentary initial assessment, you and Amy Renee will decide which program works best with your lifestyle and health/fitness goals, whether it means training 2, 3, or 4 times per week. Some months have more days than others, which means there may be more training days than you’ve paid for. You’ll have the option to purchase additional training days for the same rate or reserve those extra days for travel or rest days.
