She will travel virtually to your home, or office for weekly or biweekly nutrition coaching via phone, Skype, or FaceTime. Unlimited email and text support you help you make the healthiest choices when shopping for groceries dining out, and can even help you with your cooking and baking. With Amy’s help you will create some of the most delicious and decadent dishes you never knew were possible on a healthy, low-inflammation lifestyle!

Amy Renee graduated at the top of her class at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, an ACEND accredited medical school, where she studied human biochemistry and will spend time helping you find what works for you for long term success!
